Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Each and every order is packed with care and protective packaging to help ensure safe arrival.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Australian Orders

  • FLAT-RATE POSTAGE with tracking is $4 or FREE on all orders over $25

  • Standard delivery takes an average of 3 - 10 business days.

  • EXPRESS DELIVERY:  We offer free express delivery on all orders over $75.  Alternatively, you can upgrade for an additional $6. 

International Orders

  • REGISTERED DELIVERY:  Registered airmail delivery is $27 which includes online tracking. Up to 500g.

  • Airmail delivery takes on average 7 - 20 business days.

Return to Sender Parcels

On the rare event, your parcel is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange redelivery,  you will be responsible for any redelivery charges.  If you prefer a refund, the restocking will apply.

Order Delays

Once your item is on its way, delivery delays are beyond our control.  Should you feel your order has taken longer than the advertised delivery estimates, please check with your local post office and if you are unsuccessful, we are happy to lodge an investigation on your behalf.  Please email us at customercare@motherjewel.net

 

Return Policy

Choosing an item online can be difficult, what if it looks nothing like you expected or if you simply just don't like it?

 

Well to make things easier, we send in a hygienically sealed clear packaging so you can have a look without opening it, just in case you want to return it. 

WHAT CAN AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED?

  • PIERCING JEWELLERY: All items must be in original sealed packaging. 

  • OTHER JEWELLERY:  All items must be in brand new unused/unworn condition, with any size or retail tags still attached.

  • Mother Jewel does not accept returns under any circumstances on Clearance Items,  opened pierced body jewellery or used jewellery.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  • Please email your return request to customercare@motherjewel.net

  • Item must be returned in similar mail packaging as received. We recommend reusing ours.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage charges and for the safe arrival of the returned item within 30 days.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

  • We are happy to refund however do charge a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $4). 

  • Mother Jewel does not make exceptions to the restocking fee under any circumstances.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

  • DO NOT OPEN IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

  • You will need to contact email customercare@motherjewel.net  within 5 days of delivery.

  • All items will be exchanged with the exact same item, size and colour.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

  • Any damage that occurs AFTER an item has been used cannot be returned as faulty.

  • If faulty on receipt,  you will need to contact email customercare@motherjewel.net 

  • All items will be exchanged with the exact same item, size and colour.
